CAPTAIN VAUGHAN MORGAN [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION! WELLINGTON. Thursday The appointment of Captain L. Vaughan Morgan,. R.N., as honorary naval aide-de-camp to the GovernorGeneral, Lord Bledisloe, in place of Captain C, Sinclair Thompson, R.N., is gazetted to-night. / Captain Morgan, who was appointed to succeed Captain Thompson -as second naval member of the New Zealand Naval Board, arrived in New Zealand f\;om England on August 1.
