Monday In the representative match between Northland and South Auckland, played on Saturday at Huntly, South Auckland defeated the touring team by 13 points to 5. Berehan (Northland) opened with a field goal. G. Tittleton replied for South Auckland with a fine penalty kick from the side-line. From an opening made by Walter Tittleton the ball came out to G. Tittleton, who scored between the posts, the try being converted by D. Pitt, the South Auckland halfback. Tho scores at half-time were:—South Auckland. 7; Northland. 2.
