THE FINISHING TOUCH
A phenomenon of the present season is the prevalence of finishing touches. A black or navy blue dress looks quite wrong this year without its indispensable note of white or light colour at the neck. This is an amusing double-tied cravat in white pique, crisp 'and fresh, faced in with a delicate coloured linen, or a vivid shade of red or blue. —Sketched by E. Ruth Sibley, London.
