THE WAIKATO REGIMENT
COLONEL WELCOMED [from our own correspondent] HAMILTON, Wednesday A conference of officers of the Ist Battalion, Waikato Regiment, was held in Hamilton this evening, when the opportunity was taken to welcome Lieu-tenant-Colonel R. V. Closey, of Papatoetoe, who was recently appointed to command the regiment.
