OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP COTTON BEATS A RECORD BRUSSELS. August 13 After the first two rounds in the Belgian open golf championship, played at Waterloo, the leaders are: Henry Cotton, 67 and 71; P. Alliss, 68 and 71; A. H. Padgham, 60 and 73; M. Seymour, 68 and 74. Cotton beat his own course record of 70 made last year.
