TAURANGA DOMAIN BOARD
[BT TELKGBAPH —OWN COUBEBPONDKNT] TAURANGA, Friday A public meeting was held to fill four vacancies on the Tauranga Domain Board. Nine nominations were received and a ballot resulted in the election of Messrs. M. Simmonds. J. A. Guinness, F. Briggs and A. Stewart, who, with the Mayor, Mr. A. F. 1 unks, and Messrs. A. IC. Newsham and D. A. Ivory, now constitute the board. At a subsequent meeting of the board Mr. A. E. Newsham was elected chairman and Mr. M. Simmonds secretary. The retiring secretary, Mr. L. Norrin, reported that there was a substantial credit balance in hand.
