MAUNGAKIEKIE LADIES' CLUB The finßl round of the C grade eclectic match was played yesterday by members ol the Maungakiekie Ladies' Golf Club. Following were the best scores:—Mrs. E. PAPAKURA LADIES*' CLUB The first round of the junior championship of the Papakura Ladies' Golf Club will be played to-morrow. Following is the draw:— Miss Bent v. Miss McMahon, Miss Higgins v. Miss Paltridge, Mrs. Wilson v. Mies Miller, Mrs. Cooper v. Miss Riley. The last medal match resulted in a tic between Mrs. Elliott and Miss Higgins, the former winning over the last nine holes. HAMILTON LADIES' CLUB [FROM Ot>R OWN CORRESPONDENT] HAMILTON, Thursday A four-ball best-baJl bogey match which was played yesterday by members of the Hamilton Ladies' Golf Club resulted in a tie between Mrs. C. Bryant and Miss Coventry and Mrs. G. Brown and Miss M. Stevens, both pairs finishing 1 up. They also tied over the laat nine holes, so the match will be played again. Other good scores were:—Mrs. Sandford and Mrs. Griffiths, 1 down: Mrs. Brewis and Miss Duxfield, 1 down: Mrs. Primrose and Mrs. MacDiarmid, 1 down; Mrs. Bennett and Miss Masters, 1 down; Mrs. 2ilander nnd Miss Provis, 1 down; Mrs. Ruiherfurd and Miss Bruce. 1 down; Mrs. Rawlings and Miss D. Eyre, 2 down; Mrs. A. English and Mrs. Kemp, 2 down. In the play-off of the tie in the eemifinals of the match play foursomes between Mrs. F. Mnnder and Miss A. Provis and Mrs. P. G. Russell and Mrs. Griffiths, the former pair won by 4 and 3. The final will be played to-morrow between Mrs. J. Clachan and Mrs. G. Bindon and Mri*. F* Mander and Miss A. Provis.
