SUPPORT AT MASTERTON HOSTILE MOTION DEFEATED [BY TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION 1 MASTERTON, Thursday Members of the Masterton Agricultural and Pastoral Association at the annual meeting favoured the proposal to levy 4d a bale on wool foi the purposes of research, a motion seeking to enter a protest against the levy being heavily defeated. The meeting also favoured the lifting of the embargo on the importation of stock from Great Britain.
