ACTRESS ENGAGED
MISS OBERON TO MARRY (Received August 8, 5.15 p.m.) NICE, August 7 Miss Merle Oberon, Tasmanian-born film actress, who denied recently that she was engaged to Mr. Joseph M. Sclienck, film magnate,, now says she has changed her mind. "We became engaged this morning," she says, "but the date of our wedding is not yet arranged."
