CARGO WORK 3Y CREW [BY TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION] "WELLINGTON. Wednesday The American steamer Golden Coast is still under a police guard. She had 1500 tons of cargo for discharge here, and she has also to load 300 tons. The work is being done by her crew, Ine vessel is not expected to get away lor Melbourne until noon to-morrow.
