Wednesday The result of the annual national ballot among members of the Federated Seamen's Union of New Zealand for tho election of officers was announced today by tho returning officer, Mr. H. E. Coombs, as follows: — Wellington.—President, Mr. F. P. Walsh (elected unopposed); vice-presi-dents, Messrs. A. McNatty and G. Godfrey (elected unopposed); treasurer, Mr. J. Boyco (elected unopposed); secretary, Mr. G. H. Rowers 360, Mr. F. Newfield 894 (elected); assistant-secre-tary, Mr. A. Marshall 252, Mr. C. Martin 602 (elected), and Mr. M. Wall 414. Auckland. —President, Mr. D. Gibson 404. Mr. F. Trainer 847 (elected); vicepresidents, Messrs. G. Most and W. Benbow (elected unopposed); secretary, Mr. T. F.
