MEDICAL CONFERENCE
PROBLEM FOR COMMITTEE (Received July 24, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, July Q3 Two thousand doctors at the British Medical Association's conference to-day decided to appoint a committee to investigate the medical aspect of abortion. It was resolved to ofrer expert assistance to any committee the Government might appoint. It was stated that practitioners arc unwilling to carry out medically necessary operations because they are inadequately protected by the law.
