10,000 POSTS ABOLISHED ARMY MANOEUVRES CANCELLED (Received July 15, 5.5 p.m.) PARIS, July 14 In pursuance of a drastic economy campaign tho Government is abolishing 10,000 ' positions in the post office, thereby effecting a'saving of £2,000,000 a year. This year's large scale army manoeuvres have also been cancelled.
