MADAME CURIE'S DEATH DAUGHTER TO CONTINUE WORK (Received July 5. G. 5 p.m.) PARIS. July 5 Madame" Curie, joint discoverer of radium, died of pernicious anaemia in a sanatorium in the Savoy Alps, whither she had been taken in June. When she was told early this year that she had only a few-months to live she redoubled her efforts to finish certain experiments and worked day and night. Finally Madame Curie was forced to surrender. She confided secrets to her daughter, ffho promised that her work should be continued.
