INTEREST IN ARBOR DAY

Great interest is being taken throughout the Wellington district in the re-institution of Arbor Day, four weeks hence. The movement is being fostered by the Wellington Horticultural Society. A number of school and district committees have signified their intention to plant trees on Arbor Day and the main city gathering is to take place in the grounds of Wellington College. • r
