"O AMERICA AND BRITAIN V British Wireless RUGBY, June 17 ' Mr. Norman Davis, the United States envoy in Europe, who arrived in London for the bilateral, preliminary conversations regarding the 1935 Naval Conference, will have the assistance of the American Ambassador in London, Mr. 11. W. Bingham, and two American' naval experts, Admiral Leigh and Commander Wilkinson. On the British side the talk will be conducted by representatives of the Foreign Office and the Admiralty. ,
