DUMPING DUTIES
CANCELLATION PROBLEM TEST CASE. IN CANADA OTTAWA, June 15 The Supremo Court of Canada ruled to-day that the Tariff Board lacks authority to cancel the dumping duties imposed by the Minister of National 7 Revenue. . . * The test case was brought by the Government because of a protest from British exporters, who stated that these special duties violated the 1032 Imperial / Conference treaties in that the Tariff Board had been constituted the supreme authority. ■
