DEATH OF CRICKETER
PLAYERS SHOW RESPECT LONDON, May 21 M. Nichol, the Worcestershire cricketer, died during the night sifter an afternoon's golf. The resumption of the Essex-Worces-ter match at Chelmsford was delayed for half-an-hour. Players took the field wearing black armbands and flags were flown half-mast. A minute's silence was observed after the first over.
