NORTH SHORE CROQUET
MEMBERS ENTERTAINED The 1110111 hers of the North Slioro Croquet Club were entertained at a bridge afternoon given by Mrs. F. E. Mason at her homo in Tudor Street. Pevonport, yesterday. Mrs. Mason, who was assisted in receiving her guests by her daughters, the Misses Marjorio and Nora Mason, woro a frock of Burgundy delustered satin. Tables were sot out in the drawing room, wlioro autumn flowers and brightly-coloured leaves made attractive decorations. 'J ho winners were: Mrs. J. Lowe (highest number), Mrs. J. Lowe (hidden number), and Mrs. Griffith (consolation). Among those present were: Mrs. U. G. Broughtoa (president), Mrs W. Maclean (secretary), Mrs. W. totes. Mrs. Smart, Mrs. Pitts, Mrs. Spinley, Mrs. A. Blackburn, Mrs. H. Cooper, Mrs. Crow, Mrs. Foster, Mrs. 11. JN. Melville, Mrs. A. Griffith, Mrs. Vincent Brooks, Mrs. C. Prime, Mrs. .T.
