KING'S BIRTHDAY TOURNEY
Arrangements for the Kings Birthday tournament, to bo held at the \\ inclmill Road courts on Juno 4. were discussed at a meeting of tho management committee of tho Auckland Basketball Association. The ■arranging of the teams for the tournament was left in tho hands of Miss R. Peiex. An application from tho Rovers Club for permission to travel to Thames on Juno 4 was granted. The committee decided to appoint Miss B. Leo as solo selector for tho senior grade A representatives and Miss 1/. Clark and Mr. Rush as selectors for the senior B. It was resolved to hold a, special general meeting on June 5 to discuss questions relative to the affiliation of country teams.
