SAMUEL INSULL
FURTHER CHARGE LAID REARREST AFTER LIBERATION CHICAGO, May 11 Samuel Insult to-day was liberated on bail of 200,000 dollars. A bond was furnished by the Surety Company after he had declined to plead either guilty or not guilty to indictments charging him with tiie fraudulent use of the mails and violation of the bankruptcy laws.
The attorneys for Instill entered a plea challenging his seizure in Constantinople Harbour as illegal, but the Court withheld an immediate ruling and postponed argument until Tuesday. lnsull was rearrested as lie left the Court on warrants charging him with embezzlement, but it is expected that the additional bond for 50,000 dollars will be secured.
