GOLF CLUB FAREWELL
Miss Wilkins, a member of the Papakura Golf Club who is leaving the district, was the recipient of a presentation from club members last week. Mrs. Walters, the ladies' captain, and Mr. McLennan, the president, paid tribute to her services to the club, and Mrs. Jas. Walker, a vice-president, made a presentation to Miss Wilkins of an ebony arid brass book stand and book. Miss Wilkins replied and musical honours brought a pleasant afternoon to a close.
