WEDDING

PALMER—HENDERSON The wedding was celebrated recently at St. George's Presbyterian Church, Takapuna, of Miss Ethel Daisy Henderson, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Henderson, of Takapuna, and Mr. Albert Palmer, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. A. W. H. Palmer, also of Takapuna. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. N. 0. White and Miss W 7 hite played the organ music. The bride, who entered the church with her father, wore a frock of ivory georgette and lace, with close-fitting corsage and- full flared skirt and the sleeves were full to tho elbows and fitted tightly at £he wrists; Her embroidered tulle veil was caught to tho head with bands of silver and clusters of orange blossoms. A sheath of cream cactus dahlias was carried. Tho only bridesmaid, Miss Catherine Brown, wore a frock of moss rose crepe do chino and larpo picture hat to tone. She carried pink cactus dahlias and carnations. The little twin flower girls, Eunice and Gweil Rowe, wore ankle-length frocks of rose pink frilled net and carried posies of pink dahlias and maidenhair fern. The best man was Mr. Colin Palmer, brother of tho bridegroom. After the ceremony a reception was held at the residence of the bride's parents, where Mrs. Henderson received wearing a frock of black crinkled crepe and black hat. Mrs. Palmer woro black marocain with fawn relief.
