ORPHANS' CLUB
The 43rd session of the Auckland Orphans' Club was opened in the Scots Hall on Saturday night. The neuiyelccted president, Mr. V. B. Meredith, who presided, extended a welcome to the quests, who included the Pnjnfl Minister, the Bt. Hon. G. W. the Minister of Industries and Commerce, the Hon. B. Masters, Mr. A. Murdoch, M.P.. Mr. Wyvern W dsou. S.M.. Mr. N. E. Heath, president or the Auckland Savage Club, and representatives of various orphans' clubs.
