DEATH OF GIRL
A searching inquiry into the death at the Auckland Hospital of Sheila Lnngton, aged 11, is sought by the Auckland Waterside Workers'- Union. A motion to that effect was passed at a meeting last week. 'We trust that such a position will not arise again, and desire that some other provision should bo made so that no time shall be lost before a person seeking admission to the hospital is examined by a doctor at the hospital," states the resolution.
