LYNCHING OF HUSBAND BIG DAMAGES CLAIM SAN FKANCISCO, April 22 Mrs. Evelyn Holmes, widow of one of the men who were lynched for thq inurder of Mr. Brooke Hart last November, is suing the Governor of California, Mr. Rolph, and others for 1,005,000 dollars damages.
