EIGHTH BIRTHDAY MANY MESSAGES RECEIVED (Received April 22, 9.35 p.m.) LONDON. April 22 Princess Elizabeth spent her eighth birthday at Windsor, where the Duke and Duchess of York and their family are staying with Their Majesties. Many congratulatory telegrams were received, also a radio message from Prince George, who is on his way home from Africa.
