HOCKEY
WESLEY CLUB MEETING A successful yesr was reported on at the annual meeting of the Wesley Men j HocVey Club. Mr. A. Playle, treasurer of the Auckland Hockey Association, presided. The attendance totalled 26. If, was stated that the year was commenced with a debit balance of i's and terminated with a credit balance of £6. Tho second grade team gained championship honours, winning the Coleman Cup, while three players of the team. Messrs. J. Andrew. F. Chapman and C. Fleet, attained representative honours. Several new members had already joined the club this year and prospects for the coming season were bright. , Officers for the ensuing year were elected as follows:—Patron. Mr. G. Fleming: president. Mr. A. M. Burton: vice-presidents, Mcsdames A. B. and A. M. Burton. Messrs. A. B. ».nd H. P. Burton. J. Fleming, C. Moon. W. E. Lewisham. A. Aitken and F. Nicholson: club captain. Mr. T. Stacey; hon. uecretary. Mr. F. M. TrenwUh; assistant iiecretary. Mr. R, Sharpies: treasurer, Mr. E. G. Wilson: auditor. Mr. G. C. Kidde'tt: association delegate, Mr. J. Kit!; executive committee. Messrs. K. A. J. Smith, J. Ki2 and C. Fleet.
