TRADE AGREEMENTS
BRITISH NEGOTIATIONS SOVIET PACT RATIFIED (Received March 22. 6.25 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY. March 21 Ratifications have been exchanged in Moscow between the British Ambassador and the Soviet Commissar of Foreign Affairs of the temporary commercial agreement between Britain and the Soviet Government. The' Latvian trade delegation is now negotiating a new trade agreement with Britain. Trade discussions with Estonia are still proceeding in London and negotiations with Poland are expected to be opened in London about the middle of April. - Negotiations also are in progress with Lithuania, whose delegation has now returned home to consult its Government. It is anticipated that negotiations with Uruguscp will begin next inenth,
