RESCUED FROM ICE
MAROONED RUSSIANS GALLANT AIRMAN'S FEAT MOSCOW, March 5 A .Russian airman, Lapidevsky, rescued 10 women and two children of the marooned castaways who took refuge on art ice floe after the wreck of the ice-breaker Chelyuiskin on February 14. There are still more than 80 of the crew on the floe. Aeroplanes and steamers rescued practically all the 400 fishermen who were marooned on ice floes in the Caspian Sea, including three who had been afloat for a month. There are still 84 stranded, but it is expected that they will be rescued in a few days.
