RESIGNATiON WITHDRAWN [BT TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION'] "WELLINGTON'. Tuesday His decision to. withdraw his resignation as Wellington city imissioner, which was to huve taken effect at the end of this raionth, was announced by the Rev. T, Feilden Taylor to-day. Mr. Taylor said the withdrawal of his resignation was made at the request of the charity committee of the diocese and he had been considering the matter for a fortnight. When he announced his intention of retiring from the missionership in October last. Mr. Taylor said he had taken the step ais a result of medical advice, as he was suffering from increasing ill-health. To-day he said he had consented to continue in office in view of the present condition of affairs.
