VISIT TO AMBULANCE
CHILDREN FROM WAIHEKE A party of 10 children from Ostend, Waiheke Island, who arc being instructed in first, aid by Mr. C. S. Butler, the St. John Ambulance representative on the island, visited the St. John Ambulance station in Rutland Street during the week-end. The children inspected the ambulances and equipment and during the visit were able to see the normal working procedure, as two of the ambulances were called away to cases. On leaving the station the party inspected the liner Franconia.
