WOMEN'S DIVISION
FARMERS' UNION The Thames Valley provincial executive of the Women's Division of the Farmers' Union met at Paeroa recently, the president, Mrs. Drinkwater, presiding. A report of the conference held in Wanganui was made by the delegate who had attended it. The Ngatea branch acted as hostesses for the occasion.
Awakeri. —Members discussed arrangements ior the visit of the Dominion president. The roll call provided much interest and hostesses for tea were Mrs. Hepburn, Mrs. Keen, Mrs. Maunder and Miss Luke.
