THE TROTTING MEETING

SUMMER CLOTHES APPEAR RESULT OF FINE WEATHER The Auckland Trotting Club was fortunato that one of the few fine summer days which have been experienced this season-fell on Saturday, the first day of the club's February meeting. The sun shone warmly from a cloudless sky, and although a slightly cool breeze sprang up in the afternoon, it failed to spoil the pleasure of one of the really few fine days with which Auckland has been favoured lately.
