J. King presided. After considerable discussion it was " decided to set up a sub-committee to prepare a detailed report regarding the . holding of a carnival for aweck, nofc ■ earlier than the end of September, and that the sub-committee's proposals should be presented to a general meeting on April 12, at which business men, representatives of sporting bodies and > other interested persons, will be invited ' to attend. i The following were appointed to the t sub-committee -.—Messrs. -J.
