Englishmen will have to learn Welsh soon because Welshmen are taking vigorous steps in a campaign to preserve their native language. One of these is the virtual banning of English. Many Welshmen have refused to write business letters in any language other than their own, so that English firms doing business with Wales are compelled to employ Welsh-speaking assistants, . / I
