CARNERA'S BANKRUPTCY " I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO " Frimo Camera, the Italian boxer, appeared before the referee in bankruptcy in New York on December 11 lie stated that lie owed so much money he did not know what to do. Camera said he had no faith in American doctors, and wanted to return to Italy at once in order to continue the treatment lie had been receiving at the Royal University at Milan. His right hand was still bandaged as a result of the fracture received in the fight with Uzcudun. The court refcrco said he would not oppose if Camera gavo assurances to attend the adjourned hearing on February 1. " That is all right for me," replied the boxer. Iu answer to Mr. Edward Bourne, the counsel representing the London waitress who obtained £4OOO judgment against him for breach of promise of marriage, Camera gesticulated excitedly, and said, "He poor, Very poor." JTe swore he lmri received less than £75 from the fight that gave him the championship and less than from his tight with TJzcudun. Camera filed his petition in bankruptcy last June after the waitress had obtained judgment against him.
