RAIN IN WAIKATO
BENEFIT TO PASTURES [from oue own correspondent] HAMILTON, Friday Weather conditions in the Hamilton district continue to be unsettled. Rain fell intermittently throughout last night, and, although light, the showers were sufficiently penetrating to be of considerable benefit to pastures and gardens, which wQre in need of moisture, there having been no heavy falls for some time. To-day was fine, but overcast and threatening.
