WELLINGTON APPOINTMENT [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Wednesday Advice has been received that His Royal Highness the Grand Prior of the Order of St. John, the Duke of Connaught, has approved the recommendation of the Chapter General that Mr. Francis William Ward, a serving brother of the order, be appointed assistant-commissioner in charge of the Wellington district commanderv in New Zealand, in succession to Mr. Arthur 0. Richardson, who has been transferred to the reserve.
