MINISTERS' MOVEMENTS
VISITS TO SOUTH ISLAND [by telegraph —OWN CORRESPONDENT] WELLINGTON, Wednesaay The Prime Minister, the lit. Hon. G. W. Forbes, left Wellington for Lyttelton this evening. He will make an ex« tended tour of Otago and Southland. The Minister of Finance, the Rt. Hon. J. G. Coates, returned to Wellington by the limited express from Auckland this morning.
The Postmaster-General, the Hon. A. Hamilton, left for the South Island this evening. Mr. Hamilton, who will visit Southland and later the Nelson district, expects to return to Wellington about the middle of .next week. The Minister of Public Works, the Hon. J. Bitchener, left Wellington for Picton this afternoon.
