SHIPMENTS TO CANADA COMPETITION FEARED MAY BE KEPT OFF MARKET (Received January 12, 5.5 p.m.) OTTAWA, Jan. 11 In the course of a speech at Brandon, Manitoba, to-day, the Minister of Agriculture, Mr. R. Weir, stated that owing, to the fear that domestio prices might become depressed, shipments of New Zealand butter now en route to Canada will be kept off the market if possible.
