Put all coloured papers, seals, tmtoii and envelope linings away in. a box tor a. rainy day' Then: make such' smart paper hats- for yourself , a future party, or some little sink one. Have you seen the happiness even a paper hat can bring to & child ? It can be shared by any af us.
