NEW ZEALAND ORATORS
Sir, —I read with interest the y marks of Sir James Parr that Frank Milncr'is our only orator. I yj jio brief for any particular, person party/ and 1 have opposite views !! some of our public men, but I am coir polled iu justice to say there are mate able speakers in various positions cf life in New Zealand. It is a mistak to indulge in excessive enthusiasm.} conclude that in calmer moments R James Parr will realise we hare mor than one able orafor. New Zealand produced many able speakers and some are with us to-day. Hamilton. J. W. Chapman.
