"HONI SOIT"
"Honi Soit," Ernest C. Rolls' musical production, is still attracting large audiences to His Majesty's Theatre. There arc many attractive features in "Honi Soit," and this is the secret of its popularity. There is an abundance of tuneful melodies and musical numbers, sung by good voices; there are numerous genuinely humorous comedy scenes and situations; there are some beautiful scenic effects; there are a series of beautiful ballets, picturesque ensembles and some thrilling acrobatic dancing. Miss Jennie Benson is now a popular favourite with Auckland playgoers, and Charles Norman is a host in himself. Miss Rene Riano is unquestionably one of the most whimsical personalities enjoyed during recent years. Colin Crane's singing of "La Reve Passe" nightly creates great enthusiasm. The season couoludes on Saturday 'night.
