POLICE CHARITY BALL
An event which is being looked forward to with a great deal of interest is the Police Charity Ball, which is to he held in tho Peter Pan Cabaret on Wednesday next. The proceeds are for a cause which must appeal to everyone—that of tho Governor-General's Relief Fund. This ball has been held annually for the past two years, and has been responsible for a sum of approximately £125 being given -to charity. Complete arrangements have been made for an enjoyable evening.
