CAPSONI AND HIS WIFE PENNILESS IN LONDON (Received August 24, 5.35 p.m.) LONDON, Aug. 24 The Italian Capsoni and his wife, who turned King's evidence in the recent fire conspiracy case, called at the office of the Daily Express and said they wero penniless as the £5 a week paid to them by the prosecution had ceased with the end of the trial.
