DATA FOR THE LEAGUE EACH SIDE STATES CASE Times Cable LONDON, Aug. 2! Tlio Geneva correspondent of the Times states that the patriarch Marshinum, leader of tlio Assyrian rebels, lias petitioned ilic League of Nations, which regards the matter as urgent and has sent it to the members of the council. The Irak Government has forwarded a further lengthy communication denying the occurrence of massacres and alleging that Marshinum's rebels mutilated corpses and killed women, and children.
