REPRESENTATIVE FIXTURE AUCKLAND TO PLAY THAMES EDEN PARK GAME TO-MORROW The annual Rugby representative match between Auckland and Thames will be played at Eden Park to-morrow afternoon, commencing at 3 p.m. Thin is Auckland's oldest representative match and is always looked forward to with much interest by exrepresentative players. Tho curtain-raiser at 1.30 p.m. will be between the leading teams in the third grade intermediate competition, College Rifles and Eden. A. The Auckland team for to-morrow'a game will bo stronger than anticipated: as some of its members were unable to travel to Taranaki with the first fifteen. The piayerß in the home team have all been showing up well in club football. The forwards are solid, the three front-row men being short and nuggety. The Thames team is reputed to be a strong one, the forwards being well balanced and fast. The backs are all of übout even weight and their club form suggests that they will give a fine account of themselves.
