PRICES AT OTOROHANGA The Farmers' Co-operativo Auctioneering Company. Limited, reports having held its Otorohanga dairy sale on Wednesday. Only a medium yarding came forward and a total clearance resulted. Heifers of quality sold equal to lato rates, while inferior sorts were dull of sale. Values were:—Best Jersey heifers, close to profit, £5 15s to £G ss; Jersey sr.d Jersey crof.' heifers, later culvers, i'i 5s to £5 ss; more backward. £2 10s to i' 3 10s; sound young cows, £3 15s to £4 10s; others, 35s to £3. MATAMATA QUOTATIONS Tho Farmers' Auctioneering Company, Limited, held its, usual fortnightly stock sale at Matamata on Wednesday, when a full yarding of all classes of dairy heifers came forward. Competition was slow and lots were hard to dispose of. A line of 20 good quality Jersey heifers on account of Mr. M. W. Watkins. Piarere, was quitted after the ealo at £5 10s. A small yarding of fat pigs and an extra large yarding of stores and wearers came forward. Competition was Btcady, but prices were not up to expectations. A medium yarding of' sheep srfld at, prices slightly eneier than those tit lost sale.
