Savill and Albion liner Mataroa which arrived from Wellington on Wednesday. is still discharging at Queen s Wharf. The vessel will later load butter. THE WANGANELLA The Wanganella is scheduled to leave Sydney for Wellington at noon t.o-day with passengers, mail and cargo. The vessel is due at Wellington on Monday afternoon. MAR AM A SAILS TO-DAY The Marama. which arrived yesterday morning from Wellington, berthed at Prince's Wharf to complete discharging and to load. Th* vessel is scheduled to sail for Sydney at three o'clock this afternoon. THE AORANGI The Aorangi is due at Auckland on Sunday. September 3, from Vancouver, via Honolulu and Suva. The liner will sail at five o'clock the following afternoon for Sydney. THE NARBADA According to advice received by the Union Steam Ship Company, the Narbada, which left Samarnng laet Monday for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru, Dunedin and Bluff, is expected to reach Auckland on September 9. RANGITIKI CLEARS COLON The New Zealand Shipping Company's liner Rangitiki, which left Auckland on August 4 for London, arrived at Panama on Tuesday and cleared Colon on Wednesday, according to advice received by the agents in Auckland. THE MONTEREY The Matson liner Monterey left Los Angeles on Wednesday for Honolulu, Pago Pago, Suva, Auckland and Australia. The vessel is at Queen's Wharf. THE MAHANA The Shaw. Savill and Albion Line steamer Mahana is due at Auckland next Tuesday from Gisborne. At this port the vessel will load finally for London and West Coast ports and will sail, via Cape Horm, on September 1. The Mahana is due at London on October 13. HAURAKI FROM LOS ANGELES The Union Company's transpacific cargo 6teamer Hauraki, which left Los Angeles on August 12 for Papeete, Cook Islands and Auckland, is due at Papeete to-day. The vessel is expected at' Auckland about September 8, and will later proceed to Wellington, New Plymouth, Dunedin and Australia. The vessel, which is commanded by Captain H. Hayashi, will spend a week in Auckland, sailing on the following Saturday for Kobe direct. GREEK TANKER IN PORT The Greek tanker Jrini arrived'yesterday from Wellington, aftor experiencing rough weather which resulted in the trip being extended to over four days. The tanker berthed at Western Wharf to discharge petrol for the Associated Motorists' Petrol Company, Limited, and will probably sail to-morrow afternoon to bunker at Westport before clearing for Australia. The vessel is a coal-burner and will later return to Greece, where she may possibly be converted into an oil-burner.
